Sebelumnya, KPK menetapkan delapan tersangka kasus dugaan suap proyek pembangunan sistem penyediaan air minum (SPAM) yang melibatkan pejabat Kementerian PUPR. Adapun total suap Rp 5,3 miliar, USD 5.000, dan SGD 22 ribu diduga diterima para tersangka.
