Hal itu disampaikan Jokowi menanggapi pernyataan Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla yang menyatakan Prabowo tak salah menguasai lahan seluas itu lantaran izinnya diperoleh sesuai dengan undang-undang.

"Memang tidak ada masalah. Apa saya pernah bilang (itu) masalah? Enggak kok," kata Jokowi saat ditemui di Hotel El Royale, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Rabu (20/2/2019).

Jokowi mengatakan dirinya mengungkapkan penguasaan lahan oleh Prabowo saat Debat Pilpres kedua lantaran Capres nomor urut 02 itu menilai program kerjanya membagikan konsesi tanah kepada masyarakat itu tidak bermanfaat.

Karena itu, lanjut Jokowi, saat itu ia menyebut luas lahan yang dikuasi Prabowo untuk membandingkan dengan luas konsesi lahan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat.

"Saya itu menyampaikan ya Pak Prabowo kan menyampaikan bahwa pembagian sertifikat itu tidak bermanfaat karena nanti kan tanah-tanah akan habis. Kan gitu. Saya hanya menyampaikan kan bahwa ada kepemilikan sejumlah itu. Enggak memasalahkan itu ilegal atau itu enggak," ujar Jokowi.

"Sudah saya sampaikan, bahwa kan pada ikut di perhutanan sosial. Ada yang kita beri satu hektar. Ada masyarakat adat ulayat 800 hektar, 2.000 hektar, itu kecil-kecil memang. Ada yang 2 hektar, memang kecil-kecil," lanjut mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta itu.

Sebelumnya, Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla mengatakan, penguasaan lahan di Aceh dan Kalimantan Timur oleh calon presiden nomor urut 02 Prabowo Subianto tak menyalahi aturan.

Ia mengatakan, Prabowo memperoleh hak penguasaan lahan berupa Hak Guna Usaha (HGU) melalui mekanisme yang dilegalkan undang-undang.

"Bahwa Pak Prabowo memang menguasai tapi sesuai undang-undang, sesuai aturan, apa yang salah?" kata Kalla di Kantor Wakil Presiden, Jakarta, Selasa (19/2/2019).

Ia melanjutkan lahan seluas itu biasanya digunakan untuk industri ekspor yang membutuhkan bahan baku, salah satunya kertas.

"Kalau tidak ada penguasaan wilayah untuk bahan baku bagaimana? Dan itu juga lahan ada sistemnya. Katakanlah itu dibagi empat, satu diambil kemudian ditanami di tempat lain, begitu diambil ditanam lagi, jadi begitu berputar terus, rolling terus itu," ujar Kalla.

"Dan itu ada undang-undangnya, ada izinnya. Tidak ada yang salah sebenarnya," lanjut dia.

Diberitakan, Prabowo disebut memiliki lahan seluas ratusan ribu hektar di Aceh dan Kalimantan Timur.

Pernyataan itu disampaikan Jokowi dalam debat kedua capres, Minggu (17/2/2019) malam.

Menurut Jokowi, Prabowo punya lahan di Kalimantan Timur seluas 220.000 hektar dan di Aceh Tengah seluas 120.000 hektar.

Data tersebut diakui Prabowo.
